ABOUT US

Trail of the Ancients just thirty minutes from Willowtail Springs cabins in Southwest Colorado.

The comment we hear the most from our guests is a version of,
"Tell people to stay longer.  We had no idea how much there was to do and see in this area, and, of course, we need plenty of time to boat, fish, hike and rest at Willowtail Springs."

Some people go out to an area attraction almost every day.
Some come for two weeks and their car never leaves the driveway.

We give you here a list of many of the most visited and popular sites in the area.
Remember that in the Southwest, many of your most treasured sites and experiences may be in surprise places not often found on a tour map.  We will also give you our own personalized advice on what to see and do, which may not be on the more publicized lists.

We have flyers and maps for you when you arrive if you need them.

Here is an overview of the rich choices that are available to you during your stay in the Southwest.
